Getting Started
Do I need an account or email?+
No — your wallet address is your identity. Connect a BNB Smart Chain wallet to get started.
What is a MetaCard?+
A one-time registration of 10 USDT, required before you can buy an engine. It's paid once per wallet.
Can I change my sponsor later?+
No — your sponsor is set permanently at registration and cannot be changed.
Mining
How often can I mine?+
Each engine has a fixed cooldown between mining cycles. You click to mine — rewards are not accrued passively.
Does mining income unlock later?+
No. Mining income stays locked in Phase 1 with no defined conversion mechanism — it is not withdrawable.
Referrals
How many referral levels are there?+
Up to 15 levels. Level 1 pays 10% of a downline purchase; deeper levels pay smaller percentages.
Do I automatically qualify for every level?+
No. Each level requires a minimum number of directly-referred people who own at least one engine. Levels 11–15 share the same requirement as level 10.
Withdrawals
What can I withdraw?+
Only referral income is withdrawable in Phase 1. Mining income and any migration credit are always locked, regardless of amount.
What are the withdrawal limits?+
Minimum 10 USDT, maximum 25 USDT per request, one request per UTC calendar day, with a 5% fee.
What is my withdrawal capacity?+
Up to 2× the total USDT principal of the engines you own. Buying more engines raises this ceiling.
Security
How are purchases verified?+
Every purchase is verified by decoding the actual on-chain transfer — token contract, recipient, and exact amount — not just transaction success.
Who can access my funds?+
AltWealth never holds a private key to your wallet. Withdrawals are processed manually to your own registered wallet address.
